Brothers Seafood Restaurant sits unassumingly in a strip mall on Olney Street, offering a no-frills setting that keeps the focus firmly on its seafood. This is a spot where the quality and freshness of the fish take center stage rather than fancy décor or elaborate ambiance. You can expect a casual, straightforward dining environment—think practical seating and an easygoing vibe where families and regulars come for solid seafood meals without fuss.

The menu leans heavily into New England seafood classics with some thoughtfully prepared dishes like clam chowder served creamy white or with tomato-based red broth, and hearty options such as their Fisherman’s Platter or Lobster Roll paired with sweet potato fries. Portions tend to be generous, which speaks well for anyone looking for a satisfying meal that won’t leave you wondering if you ordered enough. There’s also a nod to comfort food with choices like chicken parmesan and spaghetti with options to add shrimp, clams, or scallops, making it approachable for diners with mixed seafood preferences.

Brothers tends to draw locals who appreciate straightforward, well-executed seafood without the pretense. It’s a practical stop whether you're in the mood for classic fried clams and crispy calamari or more substantial meals like Portuguese-inspired soup and shrimp Mozambique. The friendly, attentive staff help maintain a welcoming atmosphere, balancing efficiency with warmth, especially appreciated in a spot where the community feels at home.

The best time to visit tends to be evenings or weekends when the freshest catches arrive and the kitchen is at its peak performance. You can expect a lively, down-to-earth neighborhood feel rather than a quiet, romantic setting. This place works well for sharing a hearty fish and chips dinner after a day out in Seekonk or grabbing a quick, satisfying seafood lunch without the frills.

For families, there's a kid-friendly menu to keep the younger crowd happy, and the overall vibe is relaxed enough to accommodate casual dining with friends or solo visits by seafood enthusiasts. If you’re looking for generous lobster rolls or a bowl of sangria alongside clam strips, Brothers Seafood offers a familiar, comforting taste of Massachusetts coastal cooking nestled in an accessible, everyday setting.

Three stars for “atmosphere” because this little strip mall restaurant is bare bones. BUT that means they put their $$$ into incredibly fresh, well-prepared seafood and super friendly and attentive staff. My “medium” 2-piece haddock fish and chips came in at a “market price” of $14–and was it ever good! Fish was light and flaky in a light, crispy batter. Highly recommend this place. An “off the beaten track” gem.

I had the Lobster Roll ($30) on my first visit and then went back another day for the whole belly clams and fried fish combo ($19). Was very good and the combo comes with a generous portion of fries.

Probably the best lobster roll my wife has ever had. All lobster, and plenty of it at a reasonable price. I really enjoyed the Portuguese soup and the shrimp mozambique. Great food, great service. Make it a place to go!!

Where has this place been my whole life! Delicious food and generous serving sizes. Everything I ate was amazing. There should be a line from the RI border to this place. Lobster bisque had generous lobster chunks, whole clam bellies were not greasy, and the lobster roll only had a hint of mayo and a large portion. Definitely get what you pay for. Yummmmmy.

My son and I went, there on Oct/18/25 it is a small place. I would normally, just go in and order something then go home to eat it. I do enjoy their food and the server's are always pleasant. That is why I took my son there, that was visiting me from Rochester NY. It was my 1st time sitting in to eat. He, choose as a appetizers a stuffie so I got one too. Because I had never try their's. It was a little to dry, for my liking. Even tho, I still ate it. I had pick the Seafood Pasts with shrimp, clams, scallops in white sauce. It was scrumptious. . My son had pick the special, that they had going on that day. He was delighted with what he pick. I will say, the only annoying thing was a fly that kept trying to land on our food. Until I played karate kid and got it. Lol we both laughed. But then it's cousin came around lol. I was going to try to get that one as well. It mush had known, because it took off. Lol. Next time I'll bring a bug zipper with me. Lol But all in all you will enjoy their food and the amount they give you, it is worth the money. Bon Appétit

Food was great. The Lobster roll had plenty of lobster. I wish the bun was a little bit bigger. The fries were fresh, hot and the perfect texture. The restaurant is small, so I can imagine on a busy night, you wouldn't have a place to sit. I also recommend not having the television on any one particular news station, unless you have one of the other televisions on a separate news channel with opposite view points.
